1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Watch Time: TV & Movie Tracker (“Watch Time”, the “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operated by Watch Time.

By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using Watch Time, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Watch Time.

2. Eligibility

Watch Time is intended for users aged 13 and older.

If you are under the age at which you may independently enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with any consent required from a parent or legal guardian.

3. What Watch Time Provides

Watch Time helps users discover and track movies and TV shows.

Features may include:

• Movie and TV show discovery
• Watchlists
• Episode and season tracking
• Watched and unwatched status
• Ratings
• Viewing-progress tracking
• Watch-time statistics
• New-episode notifications
• Profiles and account synchronization
• Other entertainment-tracking features introduced from time to time

Watch Time is a tracking and discovery service. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, it does not provide ownership of, or a license to stream, movies or television programs.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not allow unauthorized access to your account
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised

Authentication methods may include Google Sign-In and email/password authentication.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by circumstances for which applicable law makes us responsible.

5. Usernames and Profiles

If Watch Time allows you to create a username or public-facing profile identifier, you must not choose a username that:

• Impersonates another person or organization
• Infringes intellectual-property rights
• Contains unlawful or abusive material
• Misleads other users regarding your identity or affiliation

We may require a username to be changed if it violates these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use Watch Time for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's account
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
• Reverse engineer the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law
• Scrape or systematically extract data from Watch Time without permission
• Abuse APIs, rate limits, authentication systems, or security controls
• Upload or submit harmful, fraudulent, illegal, or malicious content
• Use automated methods to manipulate ratings, statistics, or service functionality

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect Watch Time, other users, service providers, or legal rights.

7. Entertainment Information and Third-Party Data

Movie, television, cast, poster, backdrop, release-date, and related information may be supplied by third-party data providers.

Watch Time may use data provided by The Movie Database (TMDB).

Watch Time is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Entertainment information can change and may occasionally be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee that every release date, episode date, availability listing, rating, runtime, or other metadata item will always be correct.

8. Episode Notifications

Watch Time may provide notifications about upcoming or newly released episodes.

Notifications are provided for convenience only. Delivery and timing may depend on:

• Third-party metadata
• Device notification settings
• Internet connectivity
• Background-delivery services
• Time-zone handling
• Operating-system restrictions

We do not guarantee that every notification will arrive before or exactly when an episode becomes available.

9. User Ratings and Activity

Watch Time may allow users to rate movies, shows, or episodes and maintain watch history or progress.

You retain responsibility for the information and choices associated with your account.

Aggregated audience scores or statistics may be calculated from user ratings or activity.

10. Free Features and Paid Plans

Watch Time may offer free features and may introduce optional paid features or subscription plans.

The exact features included in free and paid plans may change over time.

11. Changes to Features and Pricing

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as Watch Time evolves.

Where legally required, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid services or existing subscriptions.

We may introduce new free or paid plans in the future.

12. Intellectual Property

Watch Time's original software, branding, interface, design, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Watch Time, except for third-party content.

Third-party movie and television artwork, names, trademarks, metadata, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party entertainment content to you or to us.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Watch Time may integrate with or link to third-party services, such as:

• Google
• TMDB
• Google Play
• External websites or entertainment-information sources

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

14. No Streaming Rights

Watch Time is not itself a license to view copyrighted movies or television shows.

Where Watch Time displays information about where content may be available, availability is informational and may change.

Users are responsible for accessing entertainment content through lawful and authorized providers.

15. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Watch Time may occasionally be unavailable because of:

• Maintenance
• Software updates
• Hosting interruptions
• Third-party API outages
• Network problems
• Events outside our reasonable control

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Watch Time is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation
• Complete or perfectly accurate third-party entertainment metadata
• Availability of any particular movie, show, episode, provider, or feature

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Watch Time will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, Watch Time.

This limitation does not apply where applicable law prohibits such limitation.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

• Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
• Fraud or abuse
• Security threats
• Illegal activity
• Requirements imposed by law

You may stop using Watch Time at any time and may request deletion of your account.

19. Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their account and associated data through:

Deletion is subject to any limited retention permitted or required by applicable law.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms as Watch Time changes.

If a change is material, we may provide notice through the app, website, or another appropriate method.

Continued use of Watch Time after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
